Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Vraag 1: Tapt dit apparaat rechtstreeks op de hoogspanningsbatterij? Zo ja, hoeveel vermogen is er nodig om de benodigde systemen te laten werken om energie uit de hoogspanningsbatterij te halen? Moet het de PCS en alle modules aansturen, of kan het alleen de contactor aansturen om dit apparaat van stroom te voorzien? Hierdoor zou het meerdere dagen efficiënt in de stand-bymodus kunnen werken.
A1: Deze power extractor haalt inderdaad energie uit de hoogspanningsaccu van het voertuig en zet deze vervolgens om in huishoudelijke wisselstroom via een omvormer. Hoe lang het kan werken, hangt af van het accuniveau van het voertuig en de stroombehoefte van uw apparaten. Zoals hieronder weergegeven, geeft het display van het voertuig de resterende gebruikstijd aan.
Vraag 2: Zijn er beperkingen voor het voertuig? Kunt u uitleggen hoe dit werkt? Geeft het voertuig AC of DC af?
A2: Er zijn momenteel geen voertuigbeperkingen. Dit product is ontworpen voor Tesla's zonder ingebouwde ontladingsfunctionaliteit en levert wisselstroom. Het werkingsprincipe is als volgt: de extractor bevat drie 18650-batterijen voor het opstarten. Zodra de machine draait en stroom omzet in huishoudelijke wisselstroom, laadt een interne module de batterijen op.
