Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Het heteluchtpistool heeft een vermogen van 2500 W, een instelbaar temperatuurbereik van 50 °C tot 600 °C en een hoge luchtstroom van 300 L/minuut.

V1: Moet ik onderdelen van de auto demonteren om de folie aan te brengen?
A1: Nee, demontage is niet nodig. De folie is ontworpen om direct op de oppervlakken van uw auto te worden aangebracht zonder onderdelen te verwijderen.
V2: Kan ik na de installatie door een automatische wasstraat?
A2: Vermijd autowasstraten gedurende ten minste 3 dagen na installatie. Daarna wordt handwas aanbevolen om de hechting te behouden en loskomen aan de randen te voorkomen.
Vraag 3: Ik heb de film te ver uitgerekt. Wat kan ik doen?
A3: Als de folie slechts licht uitgerekt is, kunt u deze voorzichtig verwarmen om te herstellen. Als de folie zichtbaar vervormd of dunner is, moet deze worden vervangen door een reserveonderdeel.
V4: Hoe gebruik ik een heteluchtpistool tijdens de installatie?
A4: Gebruik een heteluchtpistool of föhn om de folie te helpen zich aan te passen aan rondingen of complexe oppervlakken. Houd de warmtebron in beweging, ongeveer 15 tot 20 centimeter van het oppervlak, en voorkom oververhitting van een bepaald gebied.
V5: Bevat de kit alles wat ik nodig heb voor de installatie?
A5: Wij bieden twee opties: een complete set met alle benodigde gereedschappen en een heteluchtpistool, en een versie met alleen film als u al over het benodigde gereedschap beschikt.

V8: Wat als de film niet perfect past?
A8: De folie is voorgesneden voor een nauwkeurige pasvorm, maar er kunnen tijdens de installatie kleine aanpassingen worden gemaakt. Als een oppervlak te groot lijkt, kunt u het overtollige voorzichtig bijsnijden.
V9: Kan ik TPU-folie over een keramisch gecoat oppervlak aanbrengen?
A9: Nee. TPU-folie hecht mogelijk niet goed op keramisch gecoate oppervlakken. Het is het beste om het direct op schone, onbehandelde lak aan te brengen.
