Waarom een streaming achteruitkijkspiegel installeren?
Het biedt een breder en duidelijker achterzicht dan de standaard spiegel, vooral nuttig bij achterobstructies, 's nachts of bij slecht weer. -
Hoe werkt het?
Wanneer het voertuig start, toont de spiegel een live achterzicht van de achtergeplaatste HD-camera. Je kunt het zicht aanpassen door over het scherm te vegen of het op elk moment uitschakelen om het als een normale spiegel te gebruiken. -
Werkt het goed 's nachts of in de regen?Ja. HDR-beelden en een IP68 waterdichte achtercamera houden het beeld helder bij weinig licht, regen, mist of fel zonlicht.

Waarom gaat het streamingapparaat niet aan of schakelt het onverwacht uit?
Controleer of de stroomverbinding veilig en correct is geïnstalleerd. -
Waarom kan het geen video opnemen?
1.Voor gebruik, zorg ervoor dat een TF-kaart correct is geplaatst.
2.Voeg de TF-kaart niet in of verwijder deze niet terwijl het apparaat in werking is om schade te voorkomen.
3.Let op de juiste oriëntatie van de TF-kaart. Onjuiste plaatsing kan het apparaat of de kaart beschadigen.
4.Als de TF-kaart niet compatibel is, plaats deze opnieuw of probeer een andere TF-kaart.
5.Het apparaat ondersteunt TF-kaarten tot 512GB. Een V30 of hogere snelle kaart wordt aanbevolen. -
Waarom lijkt de camerahoek te hoog?
Veeg omhoog of omlaag op het touchscreen om de kijkhoek aan te passen. -
Waarom lijkt het beeld onscherp?
Zorg ervoor dat de beschermfolie is verwijderd en de lens schoon is. -
Waarom is het scherm bevroren of reageert het niet?
Houd de resetknop aan de achterkant van het scherm ingedrukt om het systeem opnieuw op te starten.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Photos of defective or damaged products are required.)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
