- Please clean the installation area thoroughly before starting. It is recommended to use a detergent to remove surface oil stains, and a soft scraper to eliminate any stubborn residue on the paint surface.
- It is recommended to perform the installation when the temperature is between 20°C–25°C (68°F–77°F).
- Avoid installation in dusty environments.
- Do not drive the car within 12 hours after installation. Avoid washing the car for at least 3 days.
- After installation, it is recommended to park the car outdoors in a sunny area for one full day to allow any remaining moisture to evaporate completely.
- Take your time. Avoid stretching the film. Refrain from applying excessive pressure or squeegeeing out water (for wet installations) until you are satisfied with the alignment.
- Make sure to remove all air bubbles. Any residual bubbles may cause the protective film to appear uneven after drying.
- For the remaining small patches, you can either leave them off or place them wherever you prefer. If a patch is too long, feel free to trim off the excess.

Q1: Do I need to disassemble any parts of the car to apply the film?
A1: No, disassembly is not required. The film is designed to be applied directly over your car's surfaces without removing any parts.
Q2: Can I go through an automatic car wash after installation?
A2: Avoid any car washes for at least 3 days after installation. After that, hand washing is recommended to maintain adhesion and avoid lifting at the edges.
Q3: I overstretched the film. What can I do?
A3: If the film is only slightly stretched, you can gently apply heat to help it recover. If it's visibly deformed or thinned, it should be replaced using a spare piece.
Q4: How do I use a heat gun during installation?
A4: Use a heat gun or hairdryer to help the film conform to curves or complex surfaces. Keep the heat moving, about 6–8 inches from the surface, and avoid overheating any area.
Q5: Does the kit include everything I need for installation?
A5: We offer two options: a complete kit that includes all necessary tools and a heat gun, and a film-only version if you already have the required tools.
Q6: Will TPU film damage my car’s paint?
A6: No. TPU film is safe for painted surfaces and actually provides protection against scratches, UV exposure, and minor impacts.
Q7: Can I install the film on a leased vehicle?
A7: Yes. TPU film is removable and does not harm factory paint when removed properly, making it suitable for leased cars.
Q8: What if the film doesn't fit perfectly?
A8: The film is pre-cut for a precise fit, but slight adjustments can be made during installation. If an area seems too large, you may trim the excess carefully.
Q9: Can I apply TPU film over a ceramic-coated surface?
A9: No. TPU film may not adhere properly to ceramic-coated surfaces. It's best to apply it directly to clean, uncoated paint.

We ship internationally, the shipping times vary based on location. Shipping costs depend upon the location of where the package is being shipped. Canada takes longer based on the location of the products.
Discount Codes cannot be applied to purchases, post-purchase. The order will need to be canceled or a discount applied to a separate order. No exception.
Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please see below for details of our return policy.
US Orders
If you'd like to return anything, simply contact us within 30 days and we'll take care of the return for you. We'll cover the return shipping, and as long as the item is returned in the same condition you received it, you'll receive a full refund. Please note, the outbound shipping cost is not refunded if there's nothing wrong with the item (if you received free shipping due to the order value or VIP tier, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).
We also know that sometimes you can't get around to trying stuff until after 30 days, or maybe you bought ahead of your Tesla being delivered. In that case, still reach out; we're flexible :-)
If the item is clearly used or missing anything, then a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund; this is to cover the refurbishment of the product (if possible) so that it can be used for warranty stock.
International Orders
For international orders, we are also happy to accept returns, but as there's no automated way for us to generate a return label, the return shipping responsibility is yours. We recommend using a tracked method, normally your local postal carrier offers the cheapest option. Please contact us first to authorize the return and to obtain an RMA number. As above, we can refund your payment method if returned within 30 days, otherwise we will issue a store credit.
Single-Use Products
This is important. Some of the products we sell become used as soon as you remove the protective backing. We're still happy to help with achieving a great installation, but these items do become non-returnable once the backing is removed. Please be sure you're happy with the product and comfortable with the installation process before going ahead, as unfortunately we're not able to issue refunds for failed installations.
