Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. How to use the custom function?
(Refer to the video below for APP operation.)
1. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth
2. Download the app "smartctr"
3. Open the app and search for the "Left Stalk" ID.
4. Click to connect.
5. Default password: 123456.
6. Once the stalk appears, continuously tap the red icon in the top-left corner until the settings icon appears on the right.
(Note: If the stalk icon does not appear, please do not proceed with the following steps. Contact us at support@teslaunch.net, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.)
7. Tap the settings icon to enter the settings menu.
8. On the settings page, configure options as needed. Note: The flash time represents the duration of the strobe effect for the flash.
9. After completing the setup, click "Update settings" at the bottom to save.
Default Function Display:
Gear Shift Stalk (Right Lever):
(R) Push up to reverse
(N) Hold down upwards/downwards 1-2 seconds for neutral
(D) Push down to drive
(P) Push in to park
Right Turn Singal: Push fully up to turn on firmly for a continuous right turn signal until you turn it off or complete right turn.
Turn on/off Right Turn Singal:
①Push up to turn off when the right turn singal is on.
②Push up to turn on when the right turn singal is off.
Turn on/off Left Turn Singal:
①Push down to turn off when the left turn singal is on.
②Push down to turn on when the left turn singal is off.
Left Turn Singal: Push fully down to turn on firmly for a continuous left turn signal until you turn it off or complete left turn.
Horn(New Function): Pull forward
High Beam Flash: Push backward
Note:Flashes high beams as a warning, not continuous.
Windshield Wiper: Press the side button
Windshield Washer: Long press the side button
Installation Tips: Highly recommend that you get a fine point sharpie and mark the receiving thread on the steering column with the notch on the yoke (pics below). This way there is no question of alignment when you put the yoke back.

A3: The installation of the lever itself will not affect the use of the airbag. As we don't connect it to the steering wheel but to a universal diagnostic port near the center console. When removing the airbag, attention should be paid to not affecting its operation. Installation precautions are similar to those for installing a Yoke steering wheel(It is suggested looking for related instructional videos on YouTube.)
Q4: Are there concerns about Tesla potentially disabling this feature in the future through third-party plugins ensuring CANBUS communication? (What would happen if they encoded or encrypted the CANBUS protocol in a major software update?)
A4: There is a risk, but we assess it to be very low. The product is based on Tesla's protocols, which are closely related to many vehicle operations. The probability of Tesla modifying their protocols for the lever is very low. Additionally, if such a situation arises, the lever supports OTA updates via smartphone, making the risk manageable.
