European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

D1: Devo smontare qualche parte dell'auto per applicare la pellicola?
A1: No, non è necessario smontare nulla. La pellicola è progettata per essere applicata direttamente sulle superfici dell'auto senza rimuovere alcun componente.
D2: Posso passare attraverso un autolavaggio automatico dopo l'installazione?
A2: Evitare di lavare l'auto per almeno 3 giorni dopo l'installazione. Trascorso tale periodo, si consiglia il lavaggio a mano per mantenere l'adesione ed evitare il sollevamento dei bordi.
D3: Ho allungato eccessivamente la pellicola. Cosa posso fare?
A3: Se la pellicola è solo leggermente allungata, è possibile applicare delicatamente del calore per favorirne il recupero. Se è visibilmente deformata o assottigliata, deve essere sostituita con un pezzo di ricambio.
D4: Come si usa una pistola termica durante l'installazione?
A4: Utilizzare una pistola termica o un asciugacapelli per far aderire la pellicola alle curve o alle superfici complesse. Mantenere il calore in movimento, a circa 15-20 cm dalla superficie, ed evitare di surriscaldare qualsiasi area.
D5: Il kit include tutto il necessario per l'installazione?
A5: Offriamo due opzioni: un kit completo che include tutti gli strumenti necessari e una pistola termica, e una versione solo pellicola se si possiedono già gli strumenti richiesti.
D6: La pellicola in TPU danneggerà la vernice della mia auto?
A6: No. La pellicola in TPU è sicura per le superfici verniciate e offre effettivamente protezione contro graffi, raggi UV e urti di lieve entità.
D7: Posso applicare la pellicola su un veicolo a noleggio?
A7: Sì. La pellicola in TPU è rimovibile e, se rimossa correttamente, non danneggia la vernice originale, risultando quindi adatta anche per le auto a noleggio.
D8: Cosa succede se la pellicola non si adatta perfettamente?
A8: La pellicola è pretagliata per un'aderenza precisa, ma è possibile apportare piccole modifiche durante l'installazione. Se un'area sembra troppo ampia, è possibile ritagliare con cura l'eccesso.
