A1: Devo smontare alcune parti dell'auto per applicare la pellicola?
D1: No, per niente. Il kit di rivestimento consente di applicare un rivestimento dall'aspetto professionale senza dover smontare la carrozzeria.
A2: Posso passare attraverso un autolavaggio automatico?
D2: Si consiglia di lavare solo a mano TeslaPoiché gli autolavaggi automatici non utilizzano spazzole, tendono a utilizzare sostanze chimiche aggressive per scomporre le cose, il che può essere dannoso per il vinile.
A3: Ho teso troppo il vinile. Cosa posso fare?
D3: A meno che tu non l'abbia davvero allungato troppo, puoi riportarlo alla sua normale elasticità. Il vinile ha una memoria di forma, quindi se lo riscaldi, tornerà al suo stato originale. Usa una pistola termica o un asciugacapelli e continua a riscaldare la zona. Vedrai che si restringe. Se non vedi che si restringe, potresti aver aggiunto troppo calore e dovrai usare il pezzo in più.
A4: Come si usa una pistola termica quando si applica il vinile?
D4: Puoi usare una pistola termica o un asciugacapelli, ma è preferibile usare la pistola termica ogni volta che devi allungare o modellare zone difficili. Quando usi il calore, non concentrarti su una sola area. Mantieni la pistola in movimento e a circa 15 cm di distanza.
A5: Include tutto il necessario per l'installazione?
D5: Il kit include tutto il necessario, tranne una fonte di calore. Consigliamo di utilizzare una pistola termica o anche un asciugacapelli, se necessario.
A6: Danneggerà la mia vernice?
D6: Il vinile non danneggia la vernice. Anzi, aggiunge un livello di protezione tra gli elementi esterni e la superficie della tua Tesla.
A7: Posso installare il vinile su un'auto in leasing?
D7: Sì, il vinile è un modo fantastico e sicuro per personalizzare il tuo Tesla durante il noleggio. Una volta restituito, il vinile è sicuro da rimuovere e non danneggia le superfici!
A8: Quale colore si abbina alle finiture OEM delle Tesla?
D8: Il nero lucido è una corrispondenza esatta.
A9: Posso installare il PPF su un rivestimento ceramico?
D9: Purtroppo, il PPF non aderisce al rivestimento ceramico. Sconsigliamo l'installazione se si dispone già di un rivestimento ceramico.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Photos of defective or damaged products are required.)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
