European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Q1 : Cet appareil se branche-t-il directement sur la batterie haute tension ? Si oui, quelle est la puissance nécessaire pour faire fonctionner les systèmes nécessaires pour extraire l'énergie du pack haute tension ? Doit-il piloter le PCS et tous les modules, ou peut-il simplement piloter le contacteur pour alimenter cet appareil ? Cela lui permettrait de fonctionner efficacement en mode veille pendant plusieurs jours.
A1 : Cet extracteur d'énergie extrait en effet l'énergie de la batterie haute tension du véhicule, puis la convertit en courant alternatif domestique via un onduleur. La durée de fonctionnement dépend du niveau de la batterie du véhicule et des besoins en énergie de vos appareils. Comme indiqué ci-dessous, l'écran du véhicule indiquera le temps d'utilisation restant.
T2 : Y a-t-il des restrictions concernant les véhicules ? Pouvez-vous expliquer comment cela fonctionne ? Le véhicule produit-il du courant alternatif ou continu ?
A2 : Il n'y a actuellement aucune restriction concernant les véhicules. Ce produit est conçu pour les Teslas sans fonction de décharge intégrée et fournit du courant alternatif. Son principe de fonctionnement est le suivant : l'extracteur contient trois batteries 18650 pour le démarrage. Une fois que la machine fonctionne et convertit l'énergie en courant alternatif domestique, un module interne recharge les batteries. Avec une utilisation régulière, il peut maintenir sa fonctionnalité, mais s'il n'est pas utilisé pendant plus d'un an, un chargeur externe peut recharger les batteries de démarrage.
T3 : Que pense la voiture de ce qui se passe lorsque l'alimentation est branchée ?
A3 : Une fois branché, ce processus de décharge est basé sur le principe de charge de base.
