Daños y problemas
Por favor, revisa tu pedido al recibirlo y contáctanos en un plazo de 7 días si el artículo está defectuoso, dañado o si recibes un artículo incorrecto, para que podamos evaluar el problema y solucionarlo. (Se requieren fotos de productos defectuosos o dañados.)
Cambios
La forma más rápida de asegurarte de obtener lo que deseas es devolver el artículo que tienes y realizar una compra por separado para el nuevo artículo una vez aceptada la devolución.
Periodo de desistimiento de 14 días en la UE
No obstante lo anterior, si la mercancía se envía a la Unión Europea, tienes derecho a cancelar o devolver tu pedido dentro de los 14 días, por cualquier motivo y sin necesidad de justificación. Como se indicó anteriormente, el artículo debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibiste, sin usar, con etiquetas y en su embalaje original. Gastos de devolución
Los clientes no pagan los gastos de devolución si el producto se devuelve por estar "roto, incompleto o incorrecto". Si se devuelve por "compra errónea o porque ya no se desea", el cliente deberá asumir el coste del envío de devolución, que se deducirá del reembolso. En ningún caso se cobra una tarifa de reposición.
Reembolsos
Te notificaremos una vez que hayamos recibido e inspeccionado tu devolución y te informaremos si se ha aprobado el reembolso. Si es aprobado, se realizará automáticamente un reembolso en tu método de pago original en un plazo de 3 días laborables. Recuerda que puede tomar un tiempo para que tu banco o compañía de tarjeta de crédito procese y publique el reembolso.

Q1: Does this device tap directly into the high-voltage battery? If so, how much power is required to run the necessary systems to extract energy from the high-voltage pack? Does it need to drive the PCS and all modules, or can it just drive the contactor to supply power to this device? This would allow it to operate efficiently in standby mode for several days.
A1: This power extractor indeed pulls energy from the vehicle's high-voltage battery, then converts it to household AC power via an inverter. How long it can run depends on the vehicle's battery level and the power demands of your appliances. As shown below, the vehicle’s display will indicate the remaining usage time.
Q2: Are there any vehicle restrictions? Can you explain how this operates? Does the vehicle output AC or DC?
A2: There are currently no vehicle restrictions. This product is designed for Teslas without built-in discharge functionality, and it outputs AC power. Its operation principle is as follows: the extractor contains three 18650 batteries for startup. Once the machine is running and converts power to household AC, an internal module recharges the batteries. With regular use, it can maintain functionality, but if unused for over a year, an external charger can recharge the startup batteries.
Q3: What does the car think is happening when power is plugged in?
A3: When plugged in, this discharge process is based on the basic charging principle. For example, if the car is charged to 100%, discharge won’t work, similar to how charging doesn’t continue when the battery is full. Additionally, when the vehicle's charge drops to 20%, the remaining energy will be reserved for essential vehicle functions. Therefore, discharge can be used when the battery is between 20% and 95%, with the Tesla display automatically showing usage time and available energy.
Q4: Will Tesla detect this product and disable it?
A4: The product includes a module specifically designed for Tesla vehicles, so you can use it confidently. In fact, some customers have used this device during Tesla owner club gatherings, utilizing it for BBQ and boiling water without issues.
Q5: What is the purpose of the USB in the accessory?
A5: The USB serves to collect data in case the discharger experiences any issues and to update its internal data as needed. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Photos of defective or damaged products are required.)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
