Usage Instructions:
- Safety Information
- Wait for the system to start up successfully before connecting the plug to the car.
- When shutting down, disconnect the load first, turn off the power switch, then unplug the plug and wait 30 seconds to complete shutdown.
- Power On:
- Press the button; the red indicator light will turn on as the system powers up.
- After about 25 seconds, the yellow indicator light will turn on, indicating the system has started successfully.
- Insert the plug into the car; the green indicator light will flash, showing communication with the vehicle.
- When the green indicator light turns solid, the device is discharging and ready for appliance use.
- Power Off:
- Disconnect load appliances.
- Press and hold the button for 2 seconds; the blue indicator light will flash, and unplug the connection.
- After unplugging, the yellow indicator light will turn on; wait 30 seconds for the device to shut down automatically.
Note: Indicator lights are around the button.
Precautions:
- Do not use the device in rainy conditions to avoid damage.
- Maximum discharge power is 4KW (16A*2, 120V). Ensure ventilation by not blocking the air outlets and fan.
- Do not open the main unit yourself; tampering voids all warranties.
- If the device is unused for a long period, the internal battery may need charging. Before use, charge the battery for 30 minutes with a DC12V power supply via the DC5.5 interface.

FAQ
Q1: Does this device tap directly into the high-voltage battery? If so, how much power is required to run the necessary systems to extract energy from the high-voltage pack? Does it need to drive the PCS and all modules, or can it just drive the contactor to supply power to this device? This would allow it to operate efficiently in standby mode for several days.
A1: This power extractor indeed pulls energy from the vehicle's high-voltage battery, then converts it to household AC power via an inverter. How long it can run depends on the vehicle's battery level and the power demands of your appliances. As shown below, the vehicle’s display will indicate the remaining usage time.
Q2: Are there any vehicle restrictions? Can you explain how this operates? Does the vehicle output AC or DC?
A2: There are currently no vehicle restrictions. This product is designed for Teslas without built-in discharge functionality, and it outputs AC power. Its operation principle is as follows: the extractor contains three 18650 batteries for startup. Once the machine is running and converts power to household AC, an internal module recharges the batteries. With regular use, it can maintain functionality, but if unused for over a year, an external charger can recharge the startup batteries.
Q3: What does the car think is happening when power is plugged in?
A3: When plugged in, this discharge process is based on the basic charging principle. For example, if the car is charged to 100%, discharge won’t work, similar to how charging doesn’t continue when the battery is full. Additionally, when the vehicle's charge drops to 20%, the remaining energy will be reserved for essential vehicle functions. Therefore, discharge can be used when the battery is between 20% and 95%, with the Tesla display automatically showing usage time and available energy.
Q4: Will Tesla detect this product and disable it?
A4: The product includes a module specifically designed for Tesla vehicles, so you can use it confidently. In fact, some customers have used this device during Tesla owner club gatherings, utilizing it for BBQ and boiling water without issues.

We ship internationally, the shipping times vary based on location. Shipping costs depend upon the location of where the package is being shipped. Canada takes longer based on the location of the products.
Discount Codes cannot be applied to purchases, post-purchase. The order will need to be canceled or a discount applied to a separate order. No exception.
Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please see below for details of our return policy.
US Orders
If you'd like to return anything, simply contact us within 30 days and we'll take care of the return for you. We'll cover the return shipping, and as long as the item is returned in the same condition you received it, you'll receive a full refund. Please note, the outbound shipping cost is not refunded if there's nothing wrong with the item (if you received free shipping due to the order value or VIP tier, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).
We also know that sometimes you can't get around to trying stuff until after 30 days, or maybe you bought ahead of your Tesla being delivered. In that case, still reach out; we're flexible :-)
If the item is clearly used or missing anything, then a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund; this is to cover the refurbishment of the product (if possible) so that it can be used for warranty stock.
International Orders
For international orders, we are also happy to accept returns, but as there's no automated way for us to generate a return label, the return shipping responsibility is yours. We recommend using a tracked method, normally your local postal carrier offers the cheapest option. Please contact us first to authorize the return and to obtain an RMA number. As above, we can refund your payment method if returned within 30 days, otherwise we will issue a store credit.
Single-Use Products
This is important. Some of the products we sell become used as soon as you remove the protective backing. We're still happy to help with achieving a great installation, but these items do become non-returnable once the backing is removed. Please be sure you're happy with the product and comfortable with the installation process before going ahead, as unfortunately we're not able to issue refunds for failed installations.
